I don’t do reviews UNLESS I absolutely feel people really need to know about a place and/or an experience/service. (All my braid girlies let’s gather here! ) When I say this is actually the first time that someone had really listened to my requests for braids and what I was looking for…She did exactly that!! I had been looking for a new braided and came across Queen Stylish and saw all the great reviews. I was a bit skeptical when I pulled into an apartment complex and learned she was not in a shop. I left it in Gods hands and she met me outside to walk me in. I immediately surveyed the apartment to make sure I was and felt safe. She has a little “salon” room in the back where she braids. The room is clean and has all tools necessary. I told her I wanted small box braids. She called her other braider “Mama” the box braid professional and they both got started. 6 1/2 hours later. Perfection! The quality of work and the customer service is wonderful. I was even offered dinner and stayed and enjoyed some African food (delicious) ☺️❤️. I went on Thursday 12 of December and I barely have time because at I had a final till 10 and at 6 I need to work. My first time was yesterday on sat. I woke up sat morning and googled somewhere to get my braids done. This was the first braiding shop that popped up. I looked at the reviews and was amazed about the amount of great comments then I looked at the styles. I decided to call and Queen gave me a time slot that same day. Let me tell you something, this young lady Queen and her sister Michelle are two amazing young ladies first of all. Second of all the atmosphere was so relaxing, clean and well kept. I only there for 4 hours .my hair is very short but didn't stop the process. Queen gave me pointers, shared conversations and smiled the whole time. Also her sister. The spirit of these two young ladies was absolutely amazing. I love my hair and will return again. They also take out the braids. What a Great service experience I had. Thank you Queen and Michelle. Let me start by saying that Queen is a True GOD Send, her Talent is second to None! I stumbled upon her page by typng, Best Braider's in Baltimore, MD. Yes. She was one of them. I gravitated to her page and read all the wonderful praises from everyone who allowed This Queen to braid their hair. So I called her Friday night after 10pm. She text me back at 12:08 midnight Yall. Unfortunately, I was asleep. I read her text Saturday morning 🌄 and she actually asked me, could I come in the same day on Saturday. Unfortunately, I explained to Queen that I was working the weekend Sat/Sun. However, I was off Monday from my regular job due to my last Personal Leave Day that I had to use..Queen said, Come in Monday at 10 am." You don't get this kinda service so quickly. So I jumped at the opportunity. Queen was such a delight and she was glowing..you'll know why? 😊 Now, lets get to why I'm posting. Queen was fast, and not heavy handed, she's was very sweet and professional, along with her wonderful Husband.. My Bohemian Braids are Gorgeous. She made me look 10-20 years younger. No joke!
